Refund policy
Returns
You can return any item purchased on dianamilkanova.com within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Please ensure that the returned item is new, free of dust, undamaged and neatly folded in the box to prevent dust.
If you would like to return the item, please contact us at customercare@dianamilkanova.com and our manager will assist you within 48 business hours.
Shipping for returns will be charged depends on your region.
Merchandise returned to the studio will be processed within 30 days from receipt. Once your return is approved, your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment and you will receive a confirmation email. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you for an additional shipping fee.
Please note that refunds are processed only after the item is received and inspected. Opening a dispute before delivery may significantly delay the process.
According to our return policy, the refund will only be made after receipt and examination of the return.
Exchanges
We are able to offer exchanges on our products in the same price category.
Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, you must notify Customer Care within 12 hours of placing the order. Simply contact our customercare@dianamilkanova.com.
Please note, it can take up to 30 days for refunds to appear in your bank account. We are unable to cancel orders more than 12 hours after they have been placed.
Items on Sale
At this moment items on Sale cannot be purchased with any additional discount. Delivery can be delayed during Sale period.
Non-refundable Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Customers Outside the EU
Please note, additional taxes and custom fees may be payable when you receive your order, depending on where you are shopping from.
